Recently Gary Kane, President of Condo Resort Link, Inc. in Pinellas Park, FL contacted our closing and escrow company Resorts Closings Inc, to warn them scammers working out of a Largo, Florida were using the name to hide behind as they tried to scam timeshare owners across the country.
These con-artists would successfully scam a timeshare owner, then create a new alias and pose behind the name of a legitimate business to continue to fleece their victims, many victims get scammed several times over! The scam concludes with the phony sales agent asking the victim to wire various fees , so they can complete whatever dubious claim they’ve laid out, and the client never hears from them again.
Scammers posing as Resort Closings Inc are using the following address that does not belong to them; this address is a locked box that they have no access too.
Resort Closing, INC 8800 49th ST N STE 206, Pinellas Park, FL 33782.
It is believed that the ring leader of this scam is Celeste Black. Her father David Black, and some associates were recently arrested within the last year for the same, “timeshare is sold send money via western union scam.”

A report of this crime has been made to the Florida Department of Agriculture Division of Consumer Services for investigation.
